Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I recently began using the Lemon and Thieves essential oils to clear up some infection around a tooth that has a crown on it. It periodically gets inflamed to the point of serious pain. I have been working with my dentist in regards to this and antibiotics help but not long term. This is where I went into this site to find suggestions on which oils may possibly help and found references for these two oils. I tried them each separately by placing 2-3 drops of Lemon on a cotton swab first, then 2-3 drops of Thieves next, not together, spearately. Within a matter of three days the infection was cleared and the tooth and gum was no longer irritated.

I read the many suggestions of many oilers and this one got my attention right away. I also use Reiki and other energies along with the oils and of course first and foremost I use a professional, my dentist, and I also trust in the energies of alternative healing methods with the oils. I have used Young Living Essential Oils for about 7 years now and use the essential oil reference book guide and also look into medical reference books to help me in understanding the 'root' cause of this problem.

I believe having a positive attitude and trusting in self, as I know my teeth and gums better, and my entire body better than my dentist. I go for regular cleanings and brush and floss my teeth 2-3 times a day. I go in search of alternative therapy and treatment first, however, with this I did have to use an antibiotic and the oils. I can say that the Lemon and Thieves worked for me and I am doing all that I can to ensure healthy gums and teeth.

This site has provided me a lot of information on the oils and I want everyone to know that if not for those postings on this site and being able to read other peoples testimonials on how they have worked for them has helped me learn more and more on them. This is a great resource and I am now working on my next helping oil and will write about it soon. Bless you Oilers.
