Upon coming home from Super Saturday last week, I saw that my long-haired cat had tossed up a pretty nasty hairball on my light-colored carpeting. I picked up the hairball, and thought about what to do with the dark brown stain that was left?

I ended up putting 4 drops of Lemon oil into a bottle of water, and sprayed it on the stain. I let the Lemon oil work on the stain for about a minute or two. I grabbed a cloth and scrubbed it for a few seconds.

Now there is no more stain, and my carpet smells great!
