My husband has a sleep apnea issue and he also snored a lot.
Therefore neither of us were able to have a restful sleep.
I started making up a mixture of 100 drops of jojoba oil, 50 drops of the Valor oil blend and 50 drops of Thyme.
He applies this to the soles of his feet and around his big toes. This seems to improve the quality of sleep for both of us.
