I have always had trouble falling asleep and so I've tried various night time cold remedies. I really started liking how I would fall asleep but then three hours later I would be staring at the ceiling counting sheep.
So I asked my doctor for sleeping pills and she prescribed me sleeping aids. I used them for about three years.
I got tired of not being able to wake up in the am with a clear mind. I would be groggy and keep wanting to sleep more. Now the good part is that I started using Lavender oil on my feet and also I would use a diffuser with about 4 drops of Lavender each night.
I now wake up refreshed. I even get up a hour or so earlier to do my women's bible study.
