I have had insomnia for the past 20 years. I also have Epstein Barr Virus which is a form of Chronic Fatigue. With EBV added to insomnia, it has been very challenging all this time.
I read about the RutaVaLa "roll-on". Wow!! What a difference. I just started it in September of 2010. I roll it on the bottom of my feet, my wrists, my brain stem and the top of my head. I am literally asleep in a matter of 10-15 minutes or less. It used to take me hours to get to sleep and I used to wake up 5-6 times a night.....now I only wake up once, and go back to sleep. If you wake up, you can re-apply it to get back to that deep sleep.
It has also helped me with my depression, which I have had for years also. Since taking the RutaVaLa roll-on, I have noticed that I am no suffering with depression hardly at all. I am 90% better with my depression and 100% better with my insomnia.
