Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
Late one night, I opened our back porch door to let our long haired Golden Doodle dog in, and I got huge whiff of skunk- nasty!
Our dog had bee sprayed, so strongly that the smell was beyond skunky, almost like a burned odor. We've had dogs before, but never was one sprayed. I really didn't want to try the tomato juice bath, so I searched on this site and found Young Living's Purification oil blend was recommended.
I put rubbed five drops of oil between my hands, then rubbed all over my dog. I waited a few minutes, then did it again. We left him in our mudroom overnight, and the next morning...no trace of skunk smell. Amazing!
