Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I work at a doggy day care and one day while at work I developed a really terrible headache. I think it was possibly a migraine, because light and sounds hurt really bad, and I had a touch of blurry vision.
The barking didn't help anything. I went on my lunch break and told my boss I needed to go home and take something for it and possibly lay down for a nap. I went home and decided against Tylenol and grabbed some Lavender oil.
I rubbed it on my temples, behind my ears and along my neck. I was in so much pain. I needed to go back to work because we were short-staffed to begin with, but I didn't think I could do it. I laid down and fell asleep for a half hour and woke up and the headache was gone. It was incredible.
It was definitely the properties of the Lavender that really helped me!
