I developed mastitis while nursing our 2nd child and received antibiotics to recover. With our 3rd child I knew right away, before it became too bad, that I had mastitis again.

So I rubbed a few drops each of the Citrus Fresh oil blend and Lavender oil on my breast and under the arm pit. I did this twice a day. By the 2nd day there was no more pain or redness.
