I have had problems with nocturia for some time now. After using the RutaVaLa roll-on blend for 1 week, I found that I only got up once a night, usually around 5:00 am. Prior to doing this, I had to get 3-4 times a night and sometimes much more.
The area where I have been putting the RutaVaLa is on the back of my neck over the brain stem. I followed this action upon the advice of Gary Young who said that application of this blend produces deep sleep.
I found this to be true that my sleep was much deeper.
