A few years ago I was power-washing my shed, which was green with mold. Water splashed in my eyes and sure enough, the next day one eye was infected.
I looked in the essential oils reference book, and there was no specific listing for mold in the eye. So I tried the protocol for "pink eye", which is to put Lavender under the eyebrows.
The next day both eyes were "gunky." I did not have the time or desire to see a doctor and then inevitably have to put antibiotic medicine in my eyes for days. I thought about which oil to use and decided that Frankincense oil might work and worth a try.
I used the same protocol, putting just a drop under my eyebrows, and went about my business. Several hours later I thought to check my eyes and lo and behold, the "gunk" was gone! And that was the end of the entire episode.
Later I learned that Frankincense has been used for eons for eye infections.
One more miracle from Frankincense!
