Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I am 50 years old. I have lived 35 years as a vegetarian and always considered myself to be a healthy and an active person. When I was 44 I had my ovaries removed and that is how I started my health problems.

In one month I gained 5 kilos. I got big fat lipomas on my back. I was in advanced menopause and I was suffering very much. I looked for natural alternatives and used what I could, as I did not want medicines in my body.

After 5 years of suffering hot flushes, I decided to go to a doctor. My exams said that I had osteoporosis, hypothyroidism and gained another 7 kilos. He gave me a treatment. But I was not feeling satisfied to be taking what he was saying, as it would be for the rest of my life.

Two months later I met up with Judy de la Rosa. She studied my situation and I asked for the oils and other products that she recommended. I started taking Thyromin, Femi Gen, Estro Tincture, ComforTone and MegaCal. I also used the Hope, and Transformation oil blends, Prenolone Plus, as well as Black Pepper and Peppermint oils.

In 2 weeks my hot flushes had disappeared. I have been taking these products for 3 months, and I feel fine. I still need to get Progessence Plus and the Endoflex oil blend. I live in Mexico and here we cannot obtain the oils as easily.

Thanks to Judy, I want to work and study at Young Living's hormonal treatments lab to help many women in Mexico that can change theirs lives as mine.

Thank you Young Living! I am happy now and keep having improvements everyday.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: perimenopause-/-menopause — "The present study indicated that lavender aromatherapy as a potential therapeutic modality could alleviate premenstrual emotional symptoms, which, at least in part, is attributable to the improvement of parasympathetic nervous system activity. This study further implies that HRV could evaluate the efficacy of aromatherapy using various fragrances to relieve premenstrual symptoms, and ultimately, support the mind and body health of women."Link
2.Associated topics: hormones — "Therapy with beta-caryophyllene [present in many essential oils] may present a promising novel, non-toxic therapeutic option for patients with endometriosis."Link
3.Associated topics: hormones, thyroid — "After inhalation of clary sage oil, cortisol levels were significantly decreased.... Thyroid stimulating hormone was also reduced.... Clary sage oil has antidepressant-like effect...."Link
4.Associated topics: hormones — "DHEA [a component of PD 80/20], an androstene hormone [precursor to estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, cortisone, and other hormones], has been shown to possess a wide range of beneficial biological effects mainly attributed to immune system modulation.... thus leading to beneficial effects in diverse human diseases including resistance to infection, neuroprotection, wound healing, diabetes, hepatic injury, cardiovascular disease, and cancer."Link
5.Associated topics: hormones — "Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. Most notably, inhalation of essential oils can communicate signals to the olfactory system and stimulate the brain to exert neurotransmitters (e.g. serotonin and dopamine), thereby further regulating mood."Link
6.Associated topics: hypothyroidism-(Low-Activity) — "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration."Link
7.Associated topics: osteoporosis — "Common herbs, essential oils, and monoterpenes potently modulate bone metabolism.... we investigated several common herbs rich in essential oils (sage, rosemary, and thyme) and essential oils extracted from these herbs and other plants (oils of sage, rosemary, juniper, pine, dwarf pine, turpentine, and eucalyptus) as well as their monoterpene components (thujone, eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, thymol, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, bornylacetate as well as menthol) and found that they inhibit bone resorption.... Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...."Link
8.Associated topics: hormones, osteoporosis — "Results of bone density, bone mineral content, bone tensile strength and histological analysis also showed similar trend of results, which supported initial observations of this study. It is proposed that hydroalcoholic extract of dried clove buds has bone-preserving efficacy against hypogonadal [hormonally deficient] osteoporosis."Link
