A couple of days ago I had very painful abdominal cramps. I took a pain killer but it did not really help, so I decided to give essential oils a try.

I mixed a teaspoon of Jojoba oil with five drops of Peppermint oil, then massaged it softly over my tummy. After that I put a hot water bottle on it and fell asleep.

One hour later I was awake and pain and cramps were completely gone!
