A friend of mine got up one morning and had pain, redness and swelling in his great toe. He called in to work it was so bad. He could not figure out what happened since nothing physically had happened that he knew of. He guessed later on that he could have been bit by a spider since he was out-of-doors the entire day before. We used Basil on it for a few days and it returned to normal.
