Dear American friends,
I have a testimonial about the Aroma Life oil blend that my friend, a Japanese Young Living member, came forward to share with us. So I asked her consent to translate it into English to share with you all. Here is her text:
"When my mother had a stroke and was hospitalized, I remembered that my mentor of essential oils used to refer to Helichrysum as an useful oil for blood vessel caused problems, so I searched for the oil. I finally used Aroma Life which contains Helichrysum.
Since my mother's right side was paralyzed (I understand that men in many cases suffer a paralysis on their left side), I massaged her by applying mainly Aroma Life on her right side on and off for 5 days successively.
Fortunately her blood vessels were not totally clogged, and she was brought to the hospital without delay; additionally her clogged area was peripheral to an area in her brain, so she recovered without heavy paralysis.
My father thanked me saying while there was a prompt and adequate care at the hospital, the oil was also greatly helpful in her quick recovery. There still remains a slight paralysis on her right side so my mother feels somewhat weak compared to before, other than that, she leads a normal life now.
From this experience, I feel strongly that Helichrysum is really helpful when it comes to problems caused by blood vessels. So thank you Helichrysum and Aroma Life.

1. | Associated topics: arteriosclerosis, stroke — "Myrtle oil (MO) exerts hypoglycemic as well as mild hypotriglyceridemic activity in diabetic animals. The reduction in blood glucose level may be due to the reversible inhibition of alpha-glucosidases present in the brush-border of the small intestinal mucosa, higher rate of glycolysis as envisaged by the higher activity of glucokinase, as one of the key enzymes of glycolysis, and enhanced rate of glycogenesis as evidenced by the higher amount of liver glycogen present after MO administration." | Link |
2. | Associated topics: arteriosclerosis — "In nine studies, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) has shown effectiveness for arteriosclerosis, autism, Bells palsy, chemotherapy-induced toxicity, degenerative disc disease, detox, muscle wasting, muscular dystrophy, neuroblastoma, neuroprotection, oxidative stress, and spinal stenosis." | Link |
3. | Associated topics: helichrysum-oil — "...its flowers and leaves are the most used parts in the treatment of health disorders such as allergies, colds, cough, skin, liver and gallbladder disorders, inflammation, infections and sleeplessness... In vitro studies characterized Helichrysum as an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent. Its flavonoids and terpenes were effective against bacteria (e.g. Staphylococcus aureus), its acetophenones, phloroglucinols and terpenoids displayed antifungal action against Candida albicans and its flavonoids and phloroglucinols inhibited HSV and HIV, respectively.... Regarding Helichrysum italicum in vivo activity, the highlight goes to ...the anti-inflammatory properties exhibited by its flavonoids, acetophenones and phloroglucinols, as seen in animal models." | Link |
