Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Our 7 year old son had been having many episodes of what seemed to be, as his family practitioner said was a virus and/or asthma. His symptoms were a dry cough, runny nose with redness at the nostrils and always very tired. So it could have been what was diagnosed.

I started using the Thieves, RC, Ravensara oil blends and Frankincense for this virus/asthma. However, with little to no improvement in symptoms after 3 months, I back tracked on what had changed in our house when the symptoms started...a new kitten that slept in his bed with him every night. Now we had already had an older cat, a dog and hamsters in the house, needless to say, I would have never thought of pet allergies.

While he was at school, I shut his bedroom door, open the window about 1/2 inch (it was winter at the time) and diffused Lavender and the Purification oil blend for 8 hours and continued doing this for one week.

Thirty minutes before bedtime, I turned on the diffuser, with the Lavender and Purification and diffused for a total of 2 hours every night and continued to do this for 1 month. Every now and then I will diffuse the Lavender and Purification but he really does not need it since I had completed the monthly room cleanse.

We are back to the Peace & Calming oil blend, Ylang Ylang or what ever oil he picks to diffuse at bedtime.

We now have a very happy boy that is not constantly coughing with a red, runny nose, he has his energy back and kitty still sleeps with him every night! After all, this was not a virus nor asthma just allergies from the new kitten. Lavender and Purification had done it's wonders naturally!
