Peppermint oil has been a lifesaver for me. My husband and I have spent many hours traveling. When we begin to get sleepy we put a drop or two of Peppermint oil under our noses, take a deep breath and in a few minutes are totally alert again.

We also use a drop of Peppermint oil under our noses before we go to sleep at night to clear our sinuses. I don't understand how this oil works to keep us alert when needed, but does not keep us awake at night when used to clear our sinuses.

Peppermint oil is definitely one of my favorites and one I would not be without!
