Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I completed the full 5 day cleanse with only the three recommended supplements NingXia Red juice, Digest + Cleanse capsules and Balance Complete shakes.
The first day I noted a slight metallic taste after having the shakes but that was gone by the second day. When I noticed I was hungry I would check my watch and find out it was meal time anyway. I felt a little hunger late at night, as I stay up quite late, but I just took one more ounce NingXia Red juice and was fine within 5 minutes.
I felt great when on the cleanse, better than average for mood and energy. I had carefully planned when to do the cleanse so my life would not be too busy but since it was such an easy great experience I would not hesitate to do the cleanse at any time. In fact it saved a lot of time (not having to cook, wash dishes, stock the fridge, .....meals were ready in 30 seconds of blender time)
I went clothes shopping a few weeks later and was thrilled to discover I now needed size 8 pants instead of size 10...not my goal but a pleasant surprise.
I definitely felt more trim around the tummy/waist area!
This was a bonus as we were heading off on a Caribbean cruise and had avoided the bathing suit blues!
