I learned that I had some ovarian cysts after being rushed to the hospital with a cyst that had ruptured. At this point I had been using the Young Living Essential oils consistently for a few months so I knew they worked.
I didn't take most of the medication they gave me. I decided to try to get rid of the cysts using essential oils. I changed my eating habits. No meat, no dairy, no breads and no sugar.
I used Progessence Plus Serum everyday. I used 1-2 drops on the inside of my arm, 1-2 drops on back of my neck, 2-3 drops over the area where the cysts were. I then put a warm compress on it. I did this 3-4 times a day. I also used what is listed below:
Female Cyst/ Endo blend # 1
* 9 drops Frankincense oil
* 5 drops Clary Sage oil
* 1 drop Olive, V-6 or Grape Seed oil
Female Cyst/Endo blend #2
* 4 drops Frankincense oil
* 4 drops Geranium oil
* 2 drops Oregano oil
* 1 drop Olive, V-6 or Grape Seed oil
Test a drop of each blend on a small area of your skin (if you have sensitive skin) before proceeding with tampon or compress. Using only one blend at a time in a glass bowl, soak up the oil mixture with a pure organic cotton tampon. Use tampon nightly for 4 nights then discontinue for 3 nights.
Either blend can be rubbed over lower abdomen and covered with a warm compress. Cover area with a very warm moist towel after applying oils and put on a heated pack from the microwave or hot water bottle. Do not use a heating pad.
