I listened to a radio program that suggested to start out with 1 oil for 1 week at a time to see if differences were noticed anywhere on areas of concern. So I started with Myrtle oil to support my thyroid. Or so I thought.
I have had weak and painful legs and knees for over 4 years. I take hyaluronic acid and glucosamine/chondroitin which gave me some relief. After applying a few drops of Myrtle to the bottom of my feet and big toes, the legs and knees gained much strength and the pain was not there.
I used it for 3 weeks and then went off for 3 days to test and by the end of the 3rd day was miserable again, so applied the Myrtle as before and immediately had total improvement.
I don't know how and why this is affecting my legs and knees (possibly helping the thyroid in some way?) I just know that it is and I won't be without it anymore.
