Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I recently burned the palm of my right hand while placing egg rolls into a pan of hot olive oil. I put the egg rolls in very cautiously because I am naturally scared of hot oil and once they were safely in the oil and I was pulling my hand back the oil came up in a wave and splashed directly onto the palm of my hand (including my thumb, and the entire palm).

I ran to the sink, stuck my hand in the cool water and asked my daughter to get my Lavender oil...FAST! She brought it back and I dumped the remaining oil onto my hand. It initially stung and I think that was a normal reaction. I applied a lot of aloe that night to keep it cool, and took ibuprofen to remove any swelling.

In the morning when I woke up to go to work I had no pain. I couldn't make a fist but I had no blistering at all. By noon that afternoon I had not applied anymore aloe or Lavender oil but my hand was clear. Just a small mark.

It has been 2 weeks now. I never had any blistering, my skin is just now beginning to peel and show new skin. Everyone that I showed in the beginning can not believe that I didn't have blisters and/or was not taken to the emergency room.

No kitchen should be without Lavender oil from YL!!
