I decided to go on the Sulfurzyme capsules and noticed an amazing difference. I had been using a hand mixer to process my green smoothies and managed to injure my thumb. I awoke in the middle of the night with a thumb that had seized up and stuck in a position that I had to pull apart to get it to work properly.

I noticed the difference in flexibility over a two week period. I also noticed that my right index finger middle joint had stopped being painful from early arthritis. I went off the capsules a month ago to see what difference it made after maybe a year of being on them.

And now my index finger is sore and thumb I can feel some residual pain looming. It is no where near as bad as what it was but I have ordered more Sulfurzyme in my next auto ship....I will stay on them now.

I also feel a little embarrassed to mention this but I noticed some fresh bleeding in my stool over three mornings, the middle day was fine and it was only the first thing in the morning situation. It was hemorrhoids, the first issue in many years.

So I researched the info up my essential oils reference book and put a couple of drops in my palm of Helichrysum and Basil, then placed some on my finger and put it where I thought it would soothe and help that area. It did sting a bit and over the past three days no more signs of any bleeding.

Gotta love these oils!!!

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: arthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
2.Associated topics: arthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
3.Associated topics: hemorrhoids-/-piles,anus — "Studies suggest that chamomile ointment may improve hemorrhoids. Tinctures of chamomile can also be used in a sitz bath format. Tincture of Roman chamomile may reduce inflammation associated with hemorrhoids."Link
4.Associated topics: helichrysum-oil — "...its flowers and leaves are the most used parts in the treatment of health disorders such as allergies, colds, cough, skin, liver and gallbladder disorders, inflammation, infections and sleeplessness... In vitro studies characterized Helichrysum as an antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent. Its flavonoids and terpenes were effective against bacteria (e.g. Staphylococcus aureus), its acetophenones, phloroglucinols and terpenoids displayed antifungal action against Candida albicans and its flavonoids and phloroglucinols inhibited HSV and HIV, respectively.... Regarding Helichrysum italicum in vivo activity, the highlight goes to ...the anti-inflammatory properties exhibited by its flavonoids, acetophenones and phloroglucinols, as seen in animal models."Link
