I have been on a liver cleanse for a few days and have needed to drink a concoction of whole garlic cloves, Ginger oil, olive oil, and lemon juice with 8 oz of distilled water.

It was making me almost sick to drink that in the morning till I started to add Peppermint oil to it.

The Peppermint seems to help with the taste and also the digestion of it. In fact, this morning I also added some Lemon oil and the concoction actually tasted good!

I think the smell has also been neutralized somewhat.
