I have been using essential oils for about 6 weeks now and very much like Thieves in particular. I'm regularly using the mouth wash, toothpaste, foam hand soap and wipes. The fresh natural effect of them is very healthy and very good for your body.

I am also using the NingXia Red natural drink twice a day at 60ml level in the morning and evening. It is an excellent natural drink that gives your body a healthy and energetic glow.

The more natural and healthy things we can drink and rub on our hands the better for a natural nad healthy lifestyle.

I also endorse Lavender oil mentioned for it's variety of uses.
