I am a graveyard shift worker and have been putting two drops of Lavender oil on the palm of my hand. I then rub both my hands together in a clockwise motion.
Then I rub my hands over my pillow and have been sleeping for 7 hours straight. Before that, I slept anywhere from 4 to 6 hours. So the extra hour is huge, working on sleeping 8 full hours.
If anyone has any other suggestions on this, I would love to hear from you.
