Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

After 2 years of dealing with what one doctor called eczema and another called atopical dermatitis, I finally found something that works for me. The doctors gave me cortisone creams. They did work but didn't want that drug in my system.

I have been experimenting with natural products for awhile now. It starts with a spot or two and then spreads, I have always felt that it is actually some type of infection. Now I am sure because Thieves Household Cleaner dries it out and kills it.

I use the Thieves Cleaner while in my bath, I mix it with water, soak a cloth in it, then gently rub it on my skin for a bit. No rinsing. I ingest a few drops of the Thieves oil blend and take Endogize daily. I also stopped using any creams when the eczema is present. The rash is gone and my skin is improving.

A bit of Peppermint in the water takes care of the itch.

* 2020 Update *

Briefly I developed either eczema or contact dermatitis. Two doctors, two diagnoses. What I have found is that Animal Scents shampoo dried it out but only the eczema spots while Thieves Household Cleaner dried out my skin in surrounding areas too.

With both I used about 1/2 teaspoon to 8 ounces of water using just enough water to keep Animal Scents shampoo from being sticky. Let it dry instead of rinsing it off. However, they only controlled it. I have since found that it actually was an internal problem, totally on accident. Thieves and Oregano oils taken internally had no effect. A couple of drops of Melaleuca in a capsule for 10 days worked wonders. After 2 rounds of Melaleuca it did not come back!

Mine all started with a dog bite. I was given antibiotics and developed intermittent problems which continued for years.

Four or five years later I had a test that required anesthesia. The test took an hour. During that hour I was given an IV with Cipro. No further skin eruptions for 6 months which was never the case before which had been an ongoing battle. I needed a similar test every 3 months. My skin would erupt a week or two prior to the test. Each time that gave me 1 Cipro pill and it would disappear.

I decided then it must be an internal problem, systemic. Thieves and Oregano did nothing so I tried melaleuca. What a miracle for me! Hope it works for you too.
