We use the Valor oil blend on my daughter every night. It has helped her sleep more peacefully and she has no more night terrors.

We tried Lavender well as the Peace & Calming oil blend and neither seemed to bring her the peace she finds from Valor. She asks for Valor every night and now has her own bottle. She applies a few drops of it to her big toes, her wrists and her temples. Then she inhales and thinks of a happy thought.

We also found Valor decreases my husbands snoring a lot. It has not gotten rid of it but has softened it to a tiny noise.

Valor is a good oil to have on hand. Sweet dreams!
