Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

The PanAway oil blend is hands-down, the best solution for muscle pain! I've used it for the past 6-7 yrs with great success. For lower back pain, I've applied it on the spot after rubbing it clockwise it my hands, and it's done wonders. Before going on the plane on long flights, I've used it to prevent back pain and it's been great.

But one thing I've used it for even more is my middle finger on my right hand, called a reflex or "spring" finger. Some mornings I've woken up with my finger curled up under my hand and I've had to pry it open. As soon as I've applied PanAway, it instantly makes the muscles more flexible! My finger is moving fine again.

Two other friends used it when each of them had a severe "frozen" shoulder.

It didn't work instantly, but in a matter of 10-14 days they felt great relief.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: back-pain — "We examined the evidence regarding the effect of herbal medicine on pain in people with non-specific low-back pain (LBP).... Lavender essential oil applied by acupressure appeared effective in reducing pain and improving flexibility compared to conventional treatment."Link
2.Associated topics: joints, arthritis — "Ruxiang (Gummi olibanum), the dried gum resin of Boswellia carterii (BC) [frankincense], has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to alleviate pain and inflammation for thousands of years.... The data show that BC extract has significant anti-arthritic and anti-inflammation effects and suggest that these effects may be mediated via the suppression of pro-inflammatory cytokines."Link
3.Associated topics: joints, arthritis — "We have demonstrated that Boswellia frereana [frankincense] prevents collagen degradation, and inhibits the production of pro-inflammatory mediators and MMPs. Due to its efficacy we propose that B. frereana should be examined further as a potential therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory symptoms associated with arthritis."Link
4.Associated topics: joints — "Herbalists treat skin ailments, such as fungal infections (like candidiasis), wounds, eczema, and acne, with lavender oil. It is also used in a healing bath for joint and muscle pain. One study evaluating treatments for children with eczema found [that] it was therapeutic touch from the mother that improved symptoms; in other words, massage with and without essential oils (including lavender) both reduced the dry, scaly skin lesions. Another study found that lavender oil may improve pain control after surgery."Link
