Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I had made a huge pot of soup and was transferring it from the pot to a tupperware container. Instead of ladling it out, I decided to pour it from the pot into the container. Of course, the container slipped and the soup poured out over my stomach since I was standing close to the stove.
I saw the huge red stain at least 10 inches by 3 inches across my abdomen. I was alone in the house. What do I do. I wrapped ice in a paper towel and put it on the burn. I then remembered my Lavender oil and how a scientist had burned his hand in the lab and then put it in Lavender oil, so I thought why not.
I spread the oil on and went to sleep not knowing what to expect. I think I was a little freaked out. In the morning, I looked at my abdomen. From a burn so large, the site was clear except for a 1 inch by 1 and 1/4 inch site that had a few blisters. It cleared up quickly with more treatments of Lavender oil. If it hadn't happened to me, I never would have believed it.
