Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I reached out to my sponsor for help getting to sleep and relaxing. I hadn't had a restful night sleep in weeks and I had big bags under my eyes.
She suggested Clary Sage to be diffused or a few drops put on the third eye point and crown. It also could be sprinkled on pillows and bed sheets.
Not only did I start sleeping better, I started to have intense vivid dreams. Not always the best dreams, but you have to take the bad with the good. Having dreams meant I was in deep sleep, which was excellent.
I shared this oil with my mom for the same problems and she saw more benefits since Clary Sage increases estrogen, great for women's health. I don't use it as often anymore for this reason.
Now I prefer Lavender or Valerian.
