I injured my right hand recently (likely stress fracture) while gardening recently. It was tender at the end of the day, painful and swollen (a lump the size of a golf ball) the next morning.
I started applying the PanAway oil blend every 2-3 hours combined with Ortho-Ease at night. It was so much better the next day with only little soreness and minimal swelling. Amazing!
I am definitely adding this to my "first-aid kit" for gardening season, along with Lavender for cuts/scrapes, Lemon for cleaning off the sticky stuff, and Purification for those bug bites.
