Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I know that we've all seen folks with those little white/yellow fat deposits around their eyes. They look like zits but they can't be squeezed, as I recently found out.
I had one of these in the corner of my eye, between the bridge of my nose and the innermost corner of my eye. It kept getting bigger and no amount of poking or prodding would cause it to expel it's contents.
I thought of using essential oils, and chose Lavender first, as it is an obvious choice for skin irritations. Unfortunately it did nothing.
Then I tried Cypress oil to increase circulation and flush it out. That didn't help either.
Finally I tried Frankincense oil. This was my intuition speaking to me, as I had no "book learning" to believe that it would work, save for the fact that it is the #1 anti-tumoural oil... IT WORKED!
I applied a drop to my finger and CAREFULLY worked it over the zit... even though it was less than a quarter inch from my eye, there was no "gassing" from the oil to irritate my eye. I did this 2 times a day for a week. By now I had a second, smaller deposit under my eye so it got treated as well.
In a week, both fatty deposits had reabsorbed into the skin and were gone!
Remember to dilute with a mixing oil, like Coconut, if you accidentally get some essential oil in your eye.

eyes - "Researchers report that carnosic acid, a component of the herb[s] rosemary [and sage], promotes eye health. The team found that carnosic acid protects retinas from degeneration and toxicity.... Their findings suggest that carnosic acid may have clinical applications for the outer retina, including age-related macular degeneration." | Link |
