I recently had been physically tense and sore in my upper back muscles due to work projects around home, so decided to take a couple of aspirin for quick relief, neglecting the safer product I have been using for over a year.
Within an hour, I had a bowel movement that had quite a bit of fresh blood in it. I felt ill and a bit afraid. I had read what could happen. So it came to me shortly that Lavender oil could possibly stop bleeding. I then searched in the essential oils reference book for oils, and it was suggested to take 1-3 drops internally for stressful diarrhea.
I did so and I had no more problems with blood or diarrhea. The next morning I had a normal stool, though it was black.
Since then, I continue to have some loose stools off and on, and so I continue to use the Lavender oil once a day when I do. It really is wonderful to have something so natural to help us like these essential oils!!
Lavender oil is truly remarkable for so many things!
