I used Idaho Balsam Fir and the Thieves oil blend mixed with Ortho Ease to help spread the oils.

Then I applied it over my right back and gluteal muscles, all the way down to the area around the third toe where it was paining and on the whole sole of my foot.

Later the pain reduced quite a bit and it has only been 3 days. I intend to keep doing this till it goes away completely.
