I sometimes get sinus congestion that even leads to a sinus headache. Peppermint has been a blessing from heaven! I apply it directly to my sinuses, careful to not get too close to my eyes, as well as on my forehead, then put a drop on my tongue and hold it to the roof of my mouth. My sinuses start to drain immediately, through my nose and my eyes even.

I'm always thrilled to be able to breathe again and have relief so quickly. There have been times I've already been in bed and not wanted to get up to get the Peppermint, but I've experienced the relief often enough that I know it's worth it.
