One night I still had a difficult project to finish and had been working on it unsuccessfully for quite some time, now almost falling asleep at the table, mentally and physically exhausted. I was still fairly new to the oils and decided to try Frankincense on my head, temples, neck and just breathing it in. Within minutes, my mind seemed to clear, like a fog which just lifted, and everything started falling into place.

It was unlike anything I had experienced before, I woke up more and was able to finish the project in 20 minutes with energy left over to read to my kids before bed. I now use it quite frequently for difficult projects, but also when my spirits are down, as I have found it ever so slightly to lift my mind as well as my mood.
