I have a very busy life and sometimes don't feel all that feminine and sexy. About once a month I would get pretty intense PMS, sudden mood swings and feelings like crying and out-of-sorts and very sensitive about minor things.

I bought the Lady Sclareol oil blend to do something nice for myself and to wear as a perfume. It immediately makes me feel like a queen, more stronger and balanced inside and much more feminine.

I have noticed now after several months of using it, not everyday but frequently, that the intense mood swings have not happened at all, especially the PMS feelings. I feel more balanced and generally more 'feminine and happy in my body' as my husband can attest to.

I usually wear it as a perfume around my face and neck, and during periods rub it on my belly.
