Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I have a friend, 74 years old, who hikes all over the world. One day he stopped at our place for an overnight stay. When we all woke up in the morning, we could hear this fellow coughing a deep, horrible cough, getting junk out of his lungs. It lasted half an hour. It sounded like he was terribly sick. My sister is a massage therapist and noted that he was all bent over and asked if he wanted a massage.

During the massage he told us about the coughing. He doesn't have a cold or anything, he has something the doctor called GERD, which there is really no medication for, and no other solution for. It's also sometimes called acid-reflux. You just have it, and sometimes you think you are going to strangle on the junk coming out of your lungs.

He was happy for a massage, and she put a couple oils on him. I think she used the Valor oil blend and Oregano and worked on his back and shoulders a lot. She always prays for anyone she massages.

He sure felt better when he stood up, and the crooked back and misaligned hips were back in order. He was standing straight as an arrow, like when he was 30! I've known him since he was that young.

The next morning he took off early, and a few days later, we got an email saying, "What was that stuff you put on me? I woke up the morning after I left and no cough! And I haven't coughed since! I can't believe this! The doctor gave me no hope. Whatever it is, I want to buy some!"

The GERD was gone. We thought it was probably the Oregano oil or maybe the combination of that and Valor.

So he ordered some and took off for Japan!

I heard from him 2 years later, still no problem with GERD.

4.Associated topics: gastroesophageal-reflux-disease-(GERD),acid-reflux-/-heartburn-/-stomach-acid — "D-limonene is one of the most common terpenes in nature. It is a major constituent in several citrus oils.... Being a solvent of cholesterol, d-limonene has been used clinically to dissolve cholesterol-containing gallstones. Because of its gastric acid neutralizing effect and its support of normal peristalsis, it has also been used for relief of heartburn and gastroesophageal reflux (GERD). D-limonene has well-established chemopreventive activity against many types of cancer. Evidence from a phase I clinical trial demonstrated a partial response in a patient with breast cancer and stable disease for more than six months in three patients with colorectal cancer."Link
