I have had plantar fasciitis for a couple of years. In the past it has come and gone, but for months it has been present every single day.

I have tried several things to combat the horrible knife-stabbing pain I have felt in my left heel for literally MONTHS. Though my pain is not totally gone at this point, I no longer crawl to the bathroom when I wake up, or feel pain every step I take. I am back to walking, doing aerobics and jumping on the trampoline with my children.

In addition to stretching and icing my foot, the Young Living products that have changed my life are AgilEase and Sulfurzyme several times per day.

Also, I apply the oils of Lemongrass and the PanAway oil blend, also several times/day on my foot.
