Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
Out of the blue one Sunday my 3 year old son told me his ear hurt, minutes later he started screaming and hitting his ear all the way home from grandma's. As soon as we got home I got out the Lavender oil, and massaged it gently around his ear.
I did this every hour until he seemed to be resting comfortably. I had started at 7pm, and by 10:30 pm, he was acting like his old self again. Since then he has had no ear pain.
I took him to the doctor 2 days later, just to make sure everything was ok, and the doc said his ear was still slightly inflamed, but no more infection. I was very pleased.
Now I massage Lavender and Chamomile once a day on his ear to make sure the infection won't return.
