Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. Upon the first symptom of an earache, I used 1 drop of the Melrose oil blend from my Golden Touch Kit diluted 50:50 with olive oil around the outside of the ear lobe and along the jaw bone.
I went to bed and woke up the next morning with no earache. As a matter of fact, I forgot about it until later in the day. The next night, I used it again and have not had an earache since.
Of course, I take NingXia Red juice daily. I also apply a few drops of the Thieves oil blend and Lemon to the feet nightly. I have limited sugar during the cold and flu season as I have chosen not to take the flu vaccine.
I highly recommend the Golden Touch Kit, it has a good selection of sampling oils to have on hand.
