Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I got very sick about November 2011. They kept blaming my fibromyalgia but by April I decided it might be more serious. The pain in my bones was unbearable. I broke two ribs and was unable to get them to mend. They did all the blood tests and checked bone density but were unable to find anything.

In May 2012 my chest filled with fluid, and I was unable to breathe. When they removed the liquid, it was tested and came up positive for cancer. I was sent to Edmonton to the Cross Cancer Center and had a bone marrow sample taken; this came out positive. So I started my journey. Of course chemotherapy was started immediately.

When I returned home, I looked up all the remedies for cancer in my essential oils reference book. Frankincense oil was one that was listed to apply topically. I had already been using Ortho Sport Massage Oil, so I mixed it with Frankincense and rubbed my painful areas down twice a day. The pain started to ease up a lot.

Then I read that Lemon was a remedy for cancer, so I started putting drops in hot water every morning. The pain is now totally gone!

I am at this time in remission and feel very good. I will still be taking chemo for 1 year, but only every 2 months, not once a month. I still use my rub every night and sometimes during the day.

If I will be out shopping for a whole day, I rub down before going out. If I do not do this, I have leg pain when I get home. I think the Frankincense does me more good than anything else.

Supporting Scientific Studies
1.Associated topics: immune-system — "DHEA [a component of PD 80/20], an androstene hormone [precursor to estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, cortisone, and other hormones], has been shown to possess a wide range of beneficial biological effects mainly attributed to immune system modulation.... thus leading to beneficial effects in diverse human diseases including resistance to infection, neuroprotection, wound healing, diabetes, hepatic injury, cardiovascular disease, and cancer."Link
2.Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Common herbs, essential oils, and monoterpenes potently modulate bone metabolism.... we investigated several common herbs rich in essential oils (sage, rosemary, and thyme) and essential oils extracted from these herbs and other plants (oils of sage, rosemary, juniper, pine, dwarf pine, turpentine, and eucalyptus) as well as their monoterpene components (thujone, eucalyptol, camphor, borneol, thymol, alpha-pinene, beta-pinene, bornylacetate as well as menthol) and found that they inhibit bone resorption.... Our study demonstrates for the first time that essential oils and monoterpenes are efficient inhibitors of bone resorption...."Link
3.Associated topics: bones-/-osteo — "Results of bone density, bone mineral content, bone tensile strength and histological analysis also showed similar trend of results, which supported initial observations of this study. It is proposed that hydroalcoholic extract of dried clove buds has bone-preserving efficacy against hypogonadal [hormonally deficient] osteoporosis."Link
4.Associated topics: immune-system — "Immunomodulatory activity of frankincense oil: Biologically, the oil exhibited a strong immunostimulant activity (90% lymphocyte transformation) when assessed by a lymphocyte proliferation assay."Link
5.Associated topics: immune-system — "Anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antimicrobial, antioxidant, carminative [flatulence] and immunomodulatory properties of caraway suggest that it might exert beneficial effects on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).... CHE and CEO [caraway essential oil] at all doses tested were effective in reducing colon tissue lesions and colitis indices and the efficacy was nearly the same when different doses of plant fractions were administered p.o. or i.p..... These data suggest that caraway fractions are both effective and possess anti-colitic activity irrespective of the dose and route of administration."Link
6.Associated topics: immune-system — "These results suggest that the volatile oil of ginger influences both cell-mediated immune response and nonspecific proliferation of T lymphocyte, and may exert beneficial effects in a number of clinical conditions, such as chronic inflammation and autoimmune diseases."Link
7.Associated topics: chemotherapy-/-radiation — "In nine studies, Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) has shown effectiveness for arteriosclerosis, autism, Bells palsy, chemotherapy-induced toxicity, degenerative disc disease, detox, muscle wasting, muscular dystrophy, neuroblastoma, neuroprotection, oxidative stress, and spinal stenosis."Link
