Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
About this time last year, my husband had been laid off from his job since Thanksgiving. We had NOTHING except a bunch of essential oils. We started applying them every day, especially the Common Sense and Abundance blends that came as the February promotion.
We had put Abundance on in the morning during prayer and devotions before Matt would go off on his job searches and interviews. We also applied it at night before bed and whenever we felt the need for it.
I will be totally honest with you. I thought the Abundance essential oil blend STUNK (wonder what THAT means? LOL) and would only put it on my feet with socks and shoes on.
One Saturday after about a week of daily applications, I just had a intuitive feeling. I said, "Let's go to Zern's," which is the local flea market. We didn't have any money to spend, but I said that I just wanted to get out and walk around with the kids.
While at Zern's, we saw a booth that had been a bakery when we were last there. It was now empty and up for rent. We asked how much they wanted for rent. After hearing that we were bakers, they offered us $100 off the usual rent.
That night we went home and prayed. I decided to use our last $126 to go online and create a business. Over the next week we prayed and continued to apply our essential oils.
By the end of the week we discovered we had all of the equipment we needed to start a bakery, INCLUDING AN OVEN, without spending a DIME. That weekend, we made up a batch of our incredible sticky buns, oiled ourselves up really well, prayed, and walked into Zern's management office.
We asked if there were any way that we could get in on a shoe string. After tasting our sticky buns and hearing our plan, the manager said that we could start moving our stuff in THAT MONDAY and that we would not have to pay the deposit or even owe them any rent until the second month!
The only thing we had to pay for was our license from the health department, and God provided just enough money to cover the license plus some basic supplies. We opened our booth the first weekend in April and people LOVED our baked goods!
So why am I telling this story? Well, because I needed the reminder. I had forgotten how God provided a bakery and gifted it to us on a silver platter, without us striving or doing ANYTHING except asking, believing, and receiving.
It was an incredible experience and object lesson. Through that experience, our confidence grew. We learned a lot of things. The bakery eventually closed later that summer when God moved us to San Antonio, TX.
Our perspective has changed. Our expectations have shifted. We have moved up to a whole new level. And we are ready for even BIGGER, more MIRACULOUS things than a tiny stall in a flea market!
I can now say from experience that God's plans for us are good. His will towards us is gracious and loving. And the desires HE puts into our hearts are WORTHY. Dream BIG, little ones. PRAY BOLD! And let HIM make it happen!
Oh, and by the way, I LOVE the smell of Abundance essential oil blend now! It is one of my favorite go-to oils.

5. | Associated topics: anxiety-/-worry — "Most studies, as well as clinically applied experience, have indicated that various essential oils, such as lavender, lemon and bergamot can help to relieve stress, anxiety, depression and other mood disorders. At the behavioral level, subjects in the ylang ylang oil group rated themselves more calm and more relaxed than subjects in the control group.
