Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
I have a neuropathy situation going on in my body and brain. Evidently I can't absorb B12 naturally, so now I take B12 injections. Hopefully the B12 will eventually correct my neuropathy situation.
In the meantime, I can't sleep and find peace at night unless I use a particular essential oil regimen. That's what I'd like to share with you here:
This Vita Flex regimen takes me about 7 minutes in the morning and 7 minutes in the evening after bathing. If I DON'T do my essential oils regimen (skipping it for two days), I have acute, relentless "no sleep whatsoever until about 4 am.
Each time I test this by eliminating my Vita Flex routine, I find the same results: NO sleep. Moving my head from side to side, no comfort, numbness and coldness in my feet.
My Vita Flex regimen has changed over the months, depending on which version of the essential oils reference book I consult, and also which Young Living oils are in stock or out of stock. I used to used Juniper, Geranium, Aroma Life essential oil blend (because of the Helichrysum content) and Copaiba.
Nowadays I Vita Flex these blends in succession on each foot three times: Aroma Siez, PanAway, Peace & Calming, and lastly Copaiba. Then I rub my foot with a cream to seal in the oils and put socks on. I spend the rest of the evening relaxing with Netflix and/or needlework.
I also diffuse Vetiver and Valerian in the bedroom right before lying down to sleep. Ahhhhhh. Sleep is precious and valuable.
I thank GOD for the oils that are such a comfort to my life.
