Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I often do long driving trips, travelling alone 5 hours or more. I only stop for a short while every 2 hours as I am keen to arrive at my destination before dark.

The roads seem never-ending and, when I start feeling sleepy, I apply a drop of Peppermint oil on my temples, behind my ears, and on my pulse points inside wrists and elbows.

I also put some oil on my finger-tip and smear it onto the air-conditioner inlets on the dash of the car. This allows me to breathe in the Peppermint which makes my brain more alert. I find I am wide awake for the balance of the trip.
