Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

Everyone is allergic to poison ivy, but I get a secondary reaction to it.

Not only do I break out with the usual rash which can be weepy and runny, but my face gets all blotchy, my eye swells shut, and the rash on my rib cage, (both sides) leave me wanting to shimmy up next to a tree trunk and just scratch up and down till my skin is raw, like a bear with an itch.

Not any more. At the first sign of a rash I grab my Young Living Thieves oil blend and apply a drop directly to any spots that show up. I do this several times a day, not only does it stop the itch it also dries it up and keeps it from spreading.

I also use Lavender oil sometimes to help with the irritation.
