I have suffered with a bulging disc for eight years and springtime is very hard on my back, getting flower gardens ready and planting new perennials. It usually will set off a week of pain and a lot of days on Advil.
Well, I just started using essential oils this last month and decided to layer the Valor and PanAway on my disc after some brief gardening and put a moist heat pack on top of it. I was totally amazed at how little pain I had the days following!
