Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My family has been using essential oils for about two years. Long enough now that when my girls have a problem they come to me for an oil remedy.
So just recently when my 17 year old, who wears contacts had an eye irritation, she was open to using Lavender oil for the solution. We were away from home and so my choices were limited but I always have my Lavender.
I asked her to calm down and let me please apply a little under her eye. The eye was becoming red and because of the contact, she was very concerned. Two or three swipes of Lavender, prayer and my encouragement to give it a chance was all it took.
Within three minutes she looked at me and said, "It doesn't hurt anymore". She was pleased. We have no idea what the source of the irritation was.
Lavender is increasingly becoming my daughter's favorite essential oil.
