Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.
My daughter has pulmonary hypertension and is on a medication that causes jaw pain, headache, nausea and vomiting.
Another person who has the same diagnosis brought her some Peppermint oil and she used it and was able to extend the time between pain medication taking. The headaches are almost migraine category and difficult to deal with. When she uses the Peppermint oil she is able to be interactive with others for a while longer. Once she has taken the narcotic she is asleep for at least 2.5 hours.
I also know that it helps with the upset stomach and have told her to rub some on her stomach area when she starts to feel nauseated. My sister uses Lavender oil for her headaches.
