I have had several urinary tract infections throughout my life, so unfortunately I know exactly when I'm getting one. I felt the onset on a Sunday evening so I began to prepare myself for an early trip to the doctors office. What was I thinking? I have essential oils!
As I sat uncomfortably, researching on this website, and in my essential oils reference book, I came up with a plan that fit with what I had and had the energy to do. I decided to drink water with Citrus Fresh (about 4-6 drops in water bottle) for 3 whole days. I also did the following:
* Drank 1 ounce of NingXia Red juice and swallowed a diluted Thieves oil blend capsule and got into a hot tub with epsom salts to relax.
* After that: diluted and rubbed on the ImmuPower oil blend on my belly, back and sides. I then diluted and layered on Thieves in the same way. I was already feeling better! That's unheard of with a UTI even when taking antibiotics.
* I took another ounce of NingXia Red and 1 diluted capsule of Thieves AGAIN before a late night to bed. Added Thieves to my feet too.
I will keep up with a Thieves capsule here and there just for preventative measures for awhile. I will also be watching my water intake a little closer too.
