Note: Not all essential oil brands are the same, and you get what you pay for. If you expect to achieve results similar to those described in this testimonial, then ensure that you are using oils from pesticide-free plants. Also, the brand should use 100% pure, high-quality essential oils that do not contain any synthetic additives. Do your own research or ask a trusted friend to find a brand that is reputable. Buyer beware.

I love how we have replaced our toxic medicine cabinet with Young Living essential oils. They have benefited our family in more ways than I can count.

While on this journey towards a less toxic lifestyle, I decided to find a toothpaste alternative. I didn't have the Thieves toothpaste so I decided to give Thieves oil a try. I applied 1 drop of the Thieves oil blend onto my wet toothbrush and started brushing. I will say that it is spicy and probably wouldn't be tolerated well by kids. However, I am a Thieves-aholic and enjoyed the spiciness and tingling that occurred in my mouth.

Over the next few days, I realized my breath was fresher for way longer than when I used normal toothpaste. Also, my mouth/teeth have never felt so clean!!

I have now been brushing my teeth like this for over a year. I have received great feedback from my dental appointments and haven't had any cavities.

The cherry on the top is I haven't been sick either. I use numerous oils on a daily basis but I think using Thieves oil as a "toothpaste" has really been an immune booster!

3.Associated topics: immune-system — "Anti-inflammatory, spasmolytic [muscle spasms], antimicrobial, antioxidant, carminative [flatulence] and immunomodulatory properties of caraway suggest that it might exert beneficial effects on inflammatory bowel disease (IBD).... CHE and CEO [caraway essential oil] at all doses tested were effective in reducing colon tissue lesions and colitis indices and the efficacy was nearly the same when different doses of plant fractions were administered p.o. or i.p..... These data suggest that caraway fractions are both effective and possess anti-colitic activity irrespective of the dose and route of administration."Link
